Library holds your notes and documents, Shared with you shows what others have shared, and Note Connections helps you explore how your notes relate to people and other items.

Where to find it

Select Notes in the sidebar. The page tabs are Library, Shared with you, Note Connections, and Wiki.

What you can do

  • Create a note with Add/New Note.
  • Search your notes, narrow the list with filters, or choose a view that suits you.
  • Open Shared with you to review shared notes and their permission.
  • Open Note Connections to explore links between notes and related items.

How to use it

  • Use the filters to find what you need. Remove a selected filter when you want to see more notes.
  • Choose a note to read or edit it, or open its properties to review details such as labels.
  • Use the note menu for available rename, export/download, refresh, or delete actions.
  • Check permissions before editing a shared note.
Availability and privacy. Wiki is available on some accounts. The person sharing a note decides whether you can edit it. Check who can see a note before adding private information.
